Ajax Integral Engine-Compressors

Overview:
An AJAX® integral engine-compressor is the premier product for gas gathering and production worldwide. Each model is capable of delivering 98+% availability with minimal maintenance. Relying upon a unique, compact integral design, their conservative operating speed and large compressor cylinder valve areas permit Ajax integrals to move more gas per horsepower than any competitive product.

Gas Engines:
The AJAX E-565 Gas Engine offers less maintenance, lower field costs and a proven, rugged design in a single cylinder, 2-Stroke, clean burning, low emission engine that meets current federal regulations.

Integrals:
The AJAX 2200 series of Reciprocating Integral Engine Compressors can be 1 or 2 cylinders, with a with a rodload capacity of 30,000 - 33,000 lbs. At 100o farenheit ambient it ranges from 148-296 BHP and is rated to 440 RPM.




The AJAX 2800 seriesof Reciprocating Integral Engine Compressors can be 1 to 4 cylinders, with a with a rodload capacity of 30,000 - 40,000 lbs. At 100o farenheit ambient it ranges from 192-845 BHP and is rated to 440 RPM.

Seperables:
The AJAX product team introduces the new environmentally friendly compressor, the C-202. It has the economical advantages of an AJAX slow speed compressor without the air quality permit issues related to an internal combustion engine.




EMISSIONS SOLUTIONS:
Cameron has successfully developed the oxidizing catalytic converter for the AJAX LE 2-stroke engine lowering carbon monoxide, formaldehyde and VOC emissions for long term emission removal efficiencies. Cameron provides a solution to further reduce NOx levels with the AJAX exhaust expansion chamber.
The expansion chamber features diverging and converging sections of pipe using exhaust pulsations to optimize the scavenging of the power cylinders while providing a substantial increase in fresh air trapped in the cylinder. The results are improved performance and cooler combustion, which reduce the NOx levels.
