Energy Efficient Design

The Desi-Mass E dryer uses a patented regenerative stripping cycle to provide the most efficient purge system of any heat reactivated dryer. Our regeneration provides the driest bed and best dew point while maximizing energy efficiency. Used with the available DCS, no dryer will perform like the E series.

Selectable auxilary cool down mode allows for cooling of the regenerated tower prior to switching from the drying tower to the regenerated tower

Heaters are protected by a totally redundant dual shutdown system that utilizes independent contractors
